Welcome to Horizon Europe - Cluster 5 calls 2027 - ONSITE Brokerage Event

Within the Framework of the EC Horizon Europe Cluster 5 Infoday, GREENET, the network of Horizon Europe CL5 National Contact Points, is organizing a networking and brokerage event - jointly supported by Net4Society and the Enterprise Europe Network - focusing on the 2027 calls for proposals from the Work Programme of "Cluster 5: Climate, Energy and Mobility"!

The main objective of the event is to gather all the relevant stakeholders intending to apply for funding, supporting the development of consortia and project ideas.

Participants looking for partners will have the opportunity to present their organization and project ideas in 2 different ways:

• Brief oral presentation (3 minutes max.).

• Bilateral meetings (max. 20 minutes each).

The GREENET Brokerage Event will be organized only physical mode. Both, pitching session and bilateral meetings will be held onsite. Pitching session will be streamed in the European Commission Cluster 5 Info day link.

Registration

The GREENET Brokerage Event is organized together with the European Commission Cluster 5 Info day 19 November. More information and registration for the EC info day HERE.

Please take into account the registration to the brokerage event is linked to the registration to the official infoday onsite. Registration link will be sent to the accepted participants for the onsite infoday.

There are two registration processes: one for each event. Brokerage organizers will check and only accept and validate people registered for both events.

When registering to the Brokerage Event, please, select the topics of your interest and include at least one Project Cooperation in the Marketplace section with information on what expertise you are offering or are looking for against the topic(s) of your interest.

9:30 -16:00 CET: Horizon Europe info day—Cluster 5: Climate, Energy and Mobility. 

16:00 - 17:00 CET: Pitching session.

17:00 - 19:00 CET: Bilateral meetings.

Relevant dates

Registration deadline: 1 October 2026.

Pitch presentation deadline: 16 October 2026.

Pitch selection communication: 3 November 2026.

Meeting request deadline: 13 November 2026 (opening 16 October 2026).

The event is free of charge but registration and profile activation are mandatory to attend the brokerage event.

Important issues 

This B2B matchmaking forum is looking to help partners to further improve and develop their innovative idea/technology/product/service and is not a unique ‘buyer–seller’ event. The B2B matchmaking forum should similarly not be used by consultants to sell their advisory services to clients. 

Consultants with specific expertise to become partners of Horizon Europe projects for instance are welcome, provided they explain this expertise and give references to past Horizon Europe projects they have been involved in. Before their validation, they could be asked to include in their profiles additional information related to the topic/thematic of their interest, if they have companies/entities interested in participating in the proposal, the possibility to include a demo site, etc.

This brokerage event is focus on the call 2027 and the bilateral meetings will be held only face-to-face the day of the event. Once the Cluster 5 2025 Work Programme is published, areas of activity there will be updated accordingly and including all the topics.
